Kimberly Jones is a Native American Artist that was born in Bartlesville, OK into the Osage and Cherokee tribes, with a very artistically accomplished Irish side that are accomplished Contemporary artists, Ceramist and Political Cartoonist.
Diving into the historic symbolism of the Osage and Cherokee Nations, Kimberly has created many pieces of art that are integrated into the design of the Osage Million Dollar Elm Hotel & Casinos, Cherokee Nation Hotel & Casinos, and many Cherokee Nation Properties throughout Oklahoma. Each piece is brought to life with bold colors and impressionistic strokes. Two of the most notable series in the Osage collection are the “Warrior Horses” and the “Elm Trees”, with each having many different styles in each series.
The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tulsa holds one of Kimberly’s pieces that is not historic to the tribe at all but is notable none the less. In the Hard Rock memorabilia, a portrait of Aerosmith’s, Steven Tyler, sits in its case with his signed guitar from the night he performed there at the Venue, Hard Rock Live.
Kimberly has also sold commissioned originals that are throughout the United States. Some of the private collections are part of the series that can be seen throughout the Osage Nation properties
